Caledonian Plumbing Seeks Customer Service/ Office manager Superhero(ine)

Do you have at least three years of experience managing a high volume of inbound calls for a residential service business?

Do you know why you would never schedule back-to-back service calls in Mahogany and Springbank without consulting Google?

Are you someone who has a place for everything and keeps everything in its place?

Then you might be a great fit for our Customer Service / Office manager !

The role is critical for the long-term success of Caledonian Plumbing and Heating. You will be the first voice our current and potential clients hear when they call, which will make or break if they choose to work with us.

Must have experience working in a trades-based company taking inbound calls.
