Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced
CUSTOMER ORIENTED
Supervisor to join our team. As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and leading a team to success in a fast-paced environment.
The main focus of this role is to
engage customers
and ensure the customer experience is as pleasant as possible
Duties:
- Lead a team of employees in daily tasks and responsibilities
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate them to other Supervisors and Managers
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns in a professional manner
- Assist with food preparation, and POS operations as necessary
- Ensure procedures are being followed by all staff members
- Quality Control
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in team management within the restaurant or hospitality industry
- Proficiency in POS systems, and food preparation techniques
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, must be able to engage with customers
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of kitchen operations and equipment
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
