Customer Service Specialist Supervisor

Job Type:

In Office, Full Time, Permanent (evenings and weekends are required)

Pay:

From $45,000 annually

What You Will Do:

Train and onboard all new customer service (motor licensing) staff

Collaborate with Branch Managers and fellow Supervisors to build schedules that balance operational needs with employee availability

Ensure daily cash and transaction balances are completed and recorded

Lead, mentor, and inspire a department of motor licensing professionals

Cultivate relationships with existing and potential customers, offering professional advice to meet their insurance needs

What You Bring:

1-2 years of motor license issuing experience (Restricted Auto License is an asset)

1-2 years in a leadership or supervisory role

Exceptional organizational and time management skills

Exceptional communication, conflict-management, and interpersonal skills
