Customer Service Delivery Clerk | Head Office Buying department | reporting to Manager of Mattresses
The Customer Service Delivery Clerk will be reporting to the Product Manager and will be responsible for the customer service and booking delivery appointments with customers.


Responsibilities:

• Assisting the Product Manager in booking delivery appointments with customers;
• Maintaining the schedule and routes by updating delivery sheets;
• Preparing maps from the program for delivery routes;
• Assisting the Product Manager in communication with suppliers and stores;
• Preparing return authorization and service calls;
• Ensuring product updates on the website and store sells sheets;
• Writing memos and disseminate product knowledge;
• Providing assistance to Store Managers, Sales Associates and Customer Service for all matters relating to products including information, promotions and merchandizing changes;
• Data entry of new products, as well a general maintenance of existing products;
• Updating price changes as well as discontinued products;
• Preparation of purchase orders, confirmations, arranging for price tickets to send to suppliers.

Qualifications

• Detail oriented and strong organizational skills;
• Able to handle multiple calls and communicate directly to customers;
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task;
• Team Player;
• Excellent Communication Skills;
• Oral and Written French and English;
• Good working knowledge in Word, Excel, and Outlook;
• Customer service experience (asset);
• Retail environment experience and/or knowledge (asset).
