dispatcher with administrative skills and natural people skills,

to join our team as a Customer Service Coordinator.

As a

Customer Service Coordinator

, you'll pay a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of daily communication between the office, customers and technicians.

Key Responsibilities

: (included but not limited to)

Dispatch technicians to service calls timely and follow up with both technicians and customers

Manager daily schedules and coordinate jobs among technicians and trade certifications

Handle communication between departments, customers, and field staff

Track quotes, proposals and related documentation

Provide quick turnaround and accurate pricing to customers when required

Support administrative and sales processes with attention to detail

Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through clear and professional communication

Qualifications & Skills



Proven experience in dispatching, scheduling, or service coordination

Strong administrative, organizational, and multitasking skills

High-level verbal & written English skills; and customer -focused service attitude

Proficiency with office software (e.g. MS Office, and scheduling systems)

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team-orientated environment

Detail-oriented with strong follow-up and problem-solving skills
