Dawson Co-op invites applications for the position of
Customer Service Coordinator
to join our team at our Rolla Ag location located in Rolla, British Columbia.
Reporting to the Office Supervisor, successful candidates will be responsible for the following:
Come to work with a positive and professional approach and attitude
Provide outstanding and courteous customer service to Rolla Ag customers and clients
Support and lead a positive customer experience as the primary contact person for telephone and in-person inquiries, services, and support
Coordinate scheduling, pick-ups, deliveries, invoicing, and payments across operations, sales, and the administrative team
Perform daily audits of cash ups and deposits
Act as the primary liaison between the operations, sales, and administrative team, connecting customers to the appropriate contact when required
Coordinate and maintain member files, new memberships, payments, billing, pre-sales, and reorders
Perform data-entry related tasks to track inventory, invoices, work orders, etc.
Grow and maintain a working knowledge of the services and products provided to customers
Monthly reconciliations of invoices
Perform additional office administration duties, such as preparing correspondence and maintaining records and filing systems
Prepare relevant research, data and financial reports to support administration as required
Adhere to all Dawson Co-operative Union policies and procedures
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Working knowledge of agricultural practices, farming, fertilizer, or crop nutrition
Some post-secondary education in office administration, office technology, etc.
2-3 years experience in customer service required
Problem-solving ability and strong attention to detail.
Some accounts receivable and accounts payable experience an asset.
Ability to utilize different office tools and software, including accounting software and Microsoft Office.
Valid Class 5 driver's license with a clean abstract
