Sure-Fix Service Group is a mechanical company based in the Niagara Region for over 40 years. We pride ourselves on great customer service and quality workmanship. We are looking for candidates to fill an administrative roll. The successful candidate will be considered for a full time, permanent position.
This customer service roll is best suited for someone who is prepared to work in an office environment that can be fast paced at times and requires interaction with both customers and colleagues. We are looking for someone who is energetic, with good time management skills, organized, who is a problem-solver and is capable of communicating to different types of people.
The job duties will consist of the following:
Taking customer phone calls - booking service, AR and AP inbound and outbound calls, general enquires
Processing mechanics paperwork and producing invoicing
Office clerical work
Dispatch and mechanic scheduling
Computer use is 100% necessary - all of our systems are computerized and will required training in advance. Training for this position will be provided.
MS Word and Excel experience necessary.
This position is available now and will be classed as part time.
