Position: Customer Service Contract Coordinator
Location: Saint-Laurent - Hybrid
Salary: $30 per hour
Job Type: 1-year contract (possibility of extension)Are you an expert in customer service with comprehensive contract management experience? Do you excel in fostering seamless communication across departments and leveraging SAP to streamline operations? - At least 2 years of experience in customer service roles, specializing in internal contract management calls
- Demonstrate proficiency in contract management, including setting up various contracts
- Strong proficiency in Excel
- Exceptional communication skills, particularly in interdepartmental communicationMain responsibilities:- Ensure contracts are accurately drafted following company rules and regulations
- Communicate between sales representatives and finance team concerning payments required or any payment issues
- Work closely with teams and clients to communicate well and carry out plans
- Assist in creating contracts
- Answer questions from teams and clients quickly
- Make sure all meets rules and Canada\'s healthcare guidelines
- Keep track of all reports and orders to ensure physicians payments are accurate and on time
