Job Description

Victoriaville & Co. is seeking a dynamic and experienced Warehouse Manager to lead our logistics team. You will bi responsible for managing warehouse staff, processes, and systems to ensure optimal performance in a safe and compliant environment that meets government regulations and customer expectations.

Key responsibilities:

Supervise receiving, warehousing, distribution, and shipping operations. Plan and assign weekly tasks to warehouse employees. Ensure compliance with operational procedures and company policies. Monitor inventory levels, conduct physical counts, and resolve discrepancies in SAP. Train new drivers and warehouse staff during onboarding. Foster teamwork and motivate staff to meet productivity goals. Efficiently manage the transportation fleet. Ensure compliance with current health and safety standards.

Profile sought:

Significant experience in warehouse or distribution management, ideally in the manufacturing sector or a related field. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and continuous improvement abilities. Proficiency in inventory management systems (SAP is an asset). In-depth knowledge of workplace health and safety standards.

Qualifications

Any training in warehouse and transportation management 3 to 5 years of relevant experience Experience with SAP (an asset) Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 tools Certifications in occupational health and safety
