Toronto Dancewear Boutique is looking for a customer service representative with a positive attitude and strong work ethic. Candidates must be reliable, prompt, and able to work independently with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls and return calls in a timely manner
Assist patrons with their "in store" experience
Keep store tidy and presentable
Assist with changing window displays and restocking boutique inventory from storage as needed
Take ownership of the customer's issues and provide solutions or alternatives in a timely manner
Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents as required.
Provide excellent customer service in person and online as needed.
Other duties as assigned.
High school diploma or equivalent (required)
Experience in or knowledge of, the dance world (required)
Previous experience in customer service (preferred)
Previous experience in sales (preferred)
Experience in electronic files (preferred)
