We are looking for customer service specialist with minimum of 2 years' experience to provide excellent service and promote this throughout the company.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for the day to day entry of data into the accounting system

Input and process orders

Processes bills of lading

Be responsible for order matrix

Document imaging

Perform related administrative duties as necessary

Ship orders

Manage vendor inquiries

Answering phones

Support for rest of the customer service team

Issuing labels for shipping

Qualifications

Administrative diploma

2-3 years' experience in shipping/order entry

Knowledge of Retail Link an asset

Proficient typing skills

Strong knowledge of excel and rest of office suite

Excellent listening skills, written and oral communication a must

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00-$42,000.00 per year
