Permanent: January to June

30-40 hrs/week (weekend work is required)

July to December

16-40 hrs/week (Monday-Friday)

Start Date:

Seasonal:

Salary/Wages:

Starting at $16.00/hr

Successful applicants must have access to reliable transportation as we are not accessible by city transit or rideshare.

THE COMPANY

T&T Seeds is at the starting line of gardens in Canada and has been since 1946 providing a robust and diversified selection of flower and vegetable seeds, seedling fruit and non-fruit trees, shrubs, perennial bulbs, plants, nutrients and gardening supplies. Our proprietary production processes and tailored fulfillment operations, combined with our expertise in gardening and customer care aim to help our customers thrive.

Serving Canadians, coast to coast with our online, phone and local garden center sales channels, we focus on gardeners of all sizes with an expertise in supplying and supporting small to midsize gardens and farms. Whether a garden is for supplying families, grocers, communities or manufacturers we are there.

THE POSITION


Reporting to the Manager of Customer Success and Fulfillment, this role involves answering phones and emails, taking phone orders, helping customers with questions or concerns, processing mail and fax orders, and occasionally assisting with picking and shipping orders.

REQUIREMENTS



? Attention to detail and a strong work ethic

? Ability to work well in a team setting and individually

? Knowledge in gardening

? Working knowledge of computers

? Strong customer service skills

? Excellent conflict resolution skills

? Must love dogs! (We have offi ce dogs)
