Access Labels, a continuously and rapidly growing manufacturer of flexographic and digitally printed labels, is looking for a new member for our team. We currently have a full-time, permanent position open, in our Customer Service/Sales department. Reporting to the Office Manager, main duties for this position include but are not limited to: -Developing and maintaining positive relationships with customers
-Data Entry
-Responding to different customer requests, via phone and email
-Preparing quotations after assessing customer requirements
-Managing projects timelines, specifications, and addressing anomalies.
-Maintaining accurate and rigorous records of various projects
-Source samples and compatible materials from suppliers as required
-Sales calls for existing customers via phone
- Participate in special projects as required, or perform other administrative duties as required Required Qualifications and Soft Skills:
