Displays quality customer service in addressing the needs of existing and new members. Acts as the first point of contact and as such is responsible for presenting a positive image for the company.Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Completes the sales process using leads generated through marketing activities including events, advertising, referrals, etc.
• With effective communication skills, addresses a potential customer\xe2\x80\x99s needs & expectations while presenting the services available from Goldfish Swim School.
• Manages day to day inquiries from existing members while building strong relationships
• Assists members with purchases of merchandise & vending products
• Resolves member concerns using a professional & empathetic approach.
• Prepares daily reports & schedules to support lesson execution and management activities
• Participates in training/in-services as required.

• Minimum of two years experience in direct sales or in a related retail sales role
• Self-motivated and conscientious
• Excellent presentation, organization, verbal and written communication are mandatory
• Positive and clear phone manner
• Motivated to achieve sales results
• Intermediate-level computer skills required using Word, Excel, and other software systems.
