Job Title: Customer Service & Sales Representative (part-time, hybrid after three months of in-person training)

Location: Victoria, B.C.

Must have: Active or completed college/university business training or equivalent in experience. Fluent Mandarin speakers will only be considered for this position.

Prior experience working in customer service or sales for a telecom company in cellular mobility, such as Bell, Telus, Rogers or their subsidiaries, is an asset to this position.

What You'll Do: As a Customer Service Representative, you'll serve as the frontline ambassador for a company that cares deeply about every interaction. Your role will include:

: Handling inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and resolving concerns quickly and effectively.

Who We're Looking For:

To excel in this rare role, you'll need:

Fluency in English and Mandarin

: Both written and spoken, with exceptional communication skills.

Prior Telecom Experience

: This is beneficial to understand the nuances of our industry and serve our customers effectively. Past experience in cellular mobility work at companies such as Bell, Telus, Rogers or their subsidiaries will be noted.

Empathy and Problem-Solving

: The ability to see problems from a customer's perspective and resolve them with care.

Strong Organizational Skills

: A knack for staying on top of tasks and delivering results.

Reliability

: A stable Wi-Fi connection, a computer, and a headset are essential for your success.

Research and Execution:

We need independent thinkers who can be assigned a task [eg. "Design and implement a mass-email and SMS marketing campaign. Source the best and most economic platforms with which to do so, ask for any tools or resources you need (ie. branding assets, the message, the email list etc.)], and can research how best to proceed without needing guidance every step of the way.
Experience, familiarity and fluency with Mandarin, is an essential component to your success.

Shifts Available:

Your shift will either be:

Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm (Pacific Time) Monday to Friday from 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm (Pacific Time) Monday to Friday from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm (Pacific Time)
