Summary

We are seeking a Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our dynamic team at Fuze Food and Smoothies. In this role, you will be the face of our storefront, providing exceptional service to our customers while ensuring smooth operations during busy service periods.

Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service throughout their experience. Take customer orders accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system. Prepare and serve food and/or smoothie items in accordance with health and safety regulations. Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash register records. Assist with upselling menu items to enhance customer satisfaction. Maintain cleanliness and organization of your and work area and helping the rest of the team as well. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

Previous experience in customer service or cashier roles preferred. Strong communication skills in English; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus. Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions. Familiarity with phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries is essential. Basic data entry skills for managing orders and transactions. Prep and Basic knife skills to help with baking and kitchen prep
