We're looking for a Customer Service Agent to join our team! Your role will be to handle everything related to reception, and well as to carry out administrative, office and other tasks and processes to help your site meet operational objectives and carry out initiatives, in accordance with detailed guidelines. More specifically, you will be required to:
Assist members and clients, be attentive to their needs and propose personalized solutions
Carry out administrative tasks, including data entry, extraction, processing, compilation and coding
Set up and clean up rooms
Submit requests and follow up on real estate and technology needs
Order supplies
Scan and distribute mail
