Job Duties
• Listen to customer inquiries and provide clear, accurate responses through various communication channels (in-person, phone, email, or chat).
• Offer information about products and services and assist customers in using product features.
• Process customer orders, calculate charges, and handle payments or billing.
• Review customer accounts and make necessary updates or changes.
• Maintain records of customer interactions and escalate complex issues to managers.
• Provide feedback to relevant departments to improve business processes, marketing, and sales.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe working environment.
• Handle after-hours trouble calls when required.
Job Requirements
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Excellent planning, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with high attention to detail.
• Familiarity with warehouse procedures and tasks.
• Full compliance with safety and Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) requirements.
• Fluency in both French and English.

• Traiter les commandes des clients, calculer les frais et gerer les paiements ou la facturation.
• Examiner les comptes clients et apporter les mises a jour ou modifications necessaires.
• Maintenir les dossiers des interactions avec les clients et escalader les problemes complexes aux responsables.
• Fournir des retours aux departements concernes pour ameliorer les processus commerciaux, le marketing et les ventes.
• Respecter les reglementations en matiere de sante et de securite, en garantissant un environnement de travail sur.
• Gerer les appels de depannage apres les heures de travail si necessaire.
Exigences du poste
• Minimum de 5 ans d'experience pertinente dans le service a la clientele ou un domaine similaire.
• Maitrise de Microsoft Word, Excel et Outlook.
• Excellentes competences en planification, resolution de problemes et gestion.
• Competences solides en communication orale et ecrite, avec une grande attention aux details.
• Connaissance des procedures et taches liees a l'entrepot.
• Respect total des exigences de securite et de conformite en matiere de Sante, Securite et Environnement (SSE).
• Maitrise du francais et de l'anglais.
