As a Customer Service Advisor in the Technical Support and Digital Offering Team, you help develop and maintain business relationships with members and clients. You provide customer service based on the needs of members and clients related to the digital offering.
You ensure member/client satisfaction and service quality in accordance with the organization\'s standards and procedures. Interpersonal savvy is essential.
More specifically, you answer calls from internal and external clients related to our Alert and Ajusto programs, our insurance mobile application, our online services (e.g. technical support or client profile creation support), as well as perform some daily clerical duties related to digital services.
