Job Description

Experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant and/or experience in the Insurance and/or investment industry would be considered an asset. Customer Service Skills are a must! Candidates must have a keen attention to detail, be task oriented, and work well with deadlines. (Criminal & Credit Record Check is required)



Duties and Responsibilities



1. Information Management - Data entry, keeping client information up to date and secure



2. Customer Service - Providing industry leading service to our clients, going above and beyond is the norm here.



3. Sales Support - Assisting sales professionals with creation of documents for sales, & renewals, data entry and tracking of sales process & requirements.



To do these aspects of the job we need someone who is...



Good with technology ChromeOS, Windows & iPad iOS

Able to learn Saleforce.com & our Industry & business processes

Strong with communications via email, phone & in person

Proficent with Google Workspace Email, Calendar, Documents & Sheets

Detail oriented mostly text and numbers details

Able Adapt to Changing process

Willing to learn, The Technology we use, Insurance and Investments Regulations & Procedures
