We are looking for a reliable, self-sufficient

Customer Outreach & CRM Coordinator

to verify existing customer information, make outbound calls, and convert legacy paper files into our CRM system. This role involves contacting businesses, confirming whether they still operate, identifying new owners if needed, and organizing all information inside the CRM.

This is

not

a sales role. You're not creating quotes or closing deals. The job is focused on verification, data cleanup, and customer communication.

This role requires someone who can

figure things out independently

, learn software quickly, and work with minimal direction once the basics are shown.

Job Overview



The position focuses on:

Calling customers linked to older quotes and orders Contacting businesses from old lists to confirm whether they still exist Determining whether buildings or structures are still in use and by whom Updating and cleaning CRM records Digitizing paper files and organizing them properly Sorting through older CRM exports
You must be comfortable working through messy information, troubleshooting, and solving problems on your own.

Key Responsibilities



Make outbound calls to businesses to confirm or update information Identify if businesses have closed, relocated, or changed ownership Gather new contact details when needed Scan, label, and organize paper documents into digital folders Enter accurate customer and building information into CRM Update business names, contacts, phone numbers, emails, and statuses Flag invalid or outdated entries Keep organized call notes and update records consistently Work independently and manage your own workflow

Qualifications



Comfortable making outbound calls and speaking professionally Strong attention to detail and accuracy Able to work independently without constant supervision Good at troubleshooting, problem-solving, and "figuring it out" Comfortable with computers and learning new software on your own Experience in admin, data entry, CRM work, or customer service is an asset Able to handle repetitive tasks while staying focused
