Position Summary
The Marketing & CRM Coordinator supports dealership marketing efforts, manages customer data, and helps drive engagement across sales and service. This is a new, dynamic role that blends creativity, organization, and analytics.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute digital and traditional marketing campaigns (social media, email, radio, community events).
Manage and maintain the dealership's CRM system (VinSolutions or similar).
Design and create engaging content for social media, website, and in-store promotions using Canva or similar design tools.
Coordinate community partnerships, promotions, and sponsorships.
Track leads, measure campaign results, and prepare performance reports.
Support sales and service teams with customer follow-up and communications.
Qualifications
Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in marketing, CRM, or digital media (automotive experience an asset).
Strong knowledge of social media, email marketing, and digital advertising.
Proficiency with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design software.
Excellent communication, writing, and organizational skills.
Creative thinker with strong attention to detail and follow-through.

Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour
