We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Lead/Coordinator to drive our marketing strategy and execution across digital and traditional channels. This role is ideal for a creative, results-oriented professional with a strong grasp of branding, campaign management, and digital tools.
To be clear, this is a doer role for now, but promotion to a Marketing Manger role is on the table based on performance and alignment with company culture/core values.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plan to support company goals and increase revenue through marketing. This would also include managing a marketing calendar and ensuring the marketing budget is adhered to.
Create/maintain brand portfolios and style guidelines. This includes the design and development of product packaging in coordination with the product development team.
Oversee brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity throughout our Website, Social Media platforms and E-Blasts. Collaborate with sales and product development teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
Lead and analyze marketing campaigns to help generate inbound leads for BD/Sales to grow revenue. This would include the planning and executing email campaign workflows and automation.
Website optimization/enhancements. This would include things like user functionality, upsell/cross-sell and pop-ups etc.
Additional Responsibilities:
Launch and oversee customer rewards/loyalty program.
Implement & report on Net Promoter Scores (NPS), referrals, and customer feedback
Manage SEO/SEM efforts, email marketing, social media, and paid advertising, including Google Ads
Track performance metrics using analytics and CRM platforms (e.g., Google Analytics)
Competencies & Skills
7+ years of experience in marketing, with 2+ years in a leadership or management role
Demonstrated success in planning and executing integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns
Proficient with Google Ads, email marketing platforms, marketing automation, and CRM systems
Strong graphic design skills with experience using Adobe Creative Suite
Solid understanding of branding, packaging, and visual identity development
Knowledgeable in SEO/SEM strategies and analytics tools
Experience with customer loyalty and rewards programs
Capable content creator for diverse digital and traditional platforms
Data-driven mindset with the ability to adapt strategies based on insights
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Proven ability to manage multiple projects on time and within budget
Collaborative team player with a proactive, self-motivated attitude
