What you will do:Ensure all customer orders are processed, packed, and shipped accurately and on time
Monitor and improve fulfillment processes to increase efficiency and productivity
Coordinate with inventory management to ensure stock levels meet demand
Resolve any issues or discrepancies in order processing and fulfillment
Implement and uphold safety standards and protocols within the fulfillment area
Collaborate with other departments, including customer service and logistics, to streamline operations and address any fulfillment-related concerns
Prepare and present reports on fulfillment performance and metrics
What you will bring:3+ years of experience in a fulfillment or distribution related role
Degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field preferred
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
