Overview
The Customer Insights Manager, will have strong business advisory skills and insights expertise, turning insights to actionable business recommendations. They will be primarily responsible for analyzing data and providing unbiased insights and recommendations for multiple customers, to optimize total category performance, and internally to our sales and marketing teams to uncover category opportunities.
The incumbent will drive analytic solutions while providing expert category and market knowledge on performance, innovation, market insights and trends leveraging POS, consumer data and Wonderbrands proprietary consumer research. The role is an opportunity to build a strong, consultative relationship with both internal and external business partners.
