Experience Supervisor

to support our daily operations and help deliver exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, answering questions, processing transactions, and explaining services such as birthday parties, corporate bookings, and karaoke. Assist with resolving customer concerns in a calm, professional manner. Assist with social media by creating content (photos, videos, stories) and helping maintain an active online presence. Follow company procedures and contribute to a positive, team-oriented workplace.

Required Skills & Qualities (Soft Skills)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to stay calm and find solutions in challenging situations. Reliable, responsible, and detail-oriented. Team-focused, supportive, and positive attitude. Adaptable and comfortable in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to take initiative and assist where needed.

Technical Skills (Assets)

Basic experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems and cash handling. Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok). Basic photo/video editing skills using mobile apps or desktop tools. Ability to learn booking systems and follow operational procedures. Comfortable using tablets, smartphones, and standard office software.

Availability Requirements

Must have full availability to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

Preferred Experience

Experience in customer service, guest relations, or hospitality. Experience assisting with events or parties is an asset. Experience managing or creating content for social media is a strong advantage.
