Customer Experience Specialist - Automotive Sales (Hourly + Bonus, Non-Commissioned)

Ride Time is hiring outgoing, high-energy individuals to guide customers through the car-buying process. No pressure sales talk. No shady tactics. Just real conversations and great service in person, by phone, or over text and video.

What You'll Do:

Help customers explore our 80 to 120 pre-owned vehicles with confidence. No haggling. Our pricing tech keeps everything fair. Communicate with customers across phone, email, text, video, and face to face. Use our CRM to stay organized and follow up effectively. Post and reply on social media, promote inventory, and help build excitement around Ride Time. Follow a step-by-step system that helps you stay consistent and deliver an outstanding experience.
What You Need:

Clear communication in English: written, spoken, and text. Strong interpersonal skills and confidence with people. Comfortable using email, text, phone, and social platforms. Sharp attention to detail when managing customer info in the CRM. A team-first mindset with personal hustle. Must be comfortable on camera, we film a lot of social content and love featuring our team

People with hospitality experience: servers, bartenders, hotel front desk, call center pros, and more. Those who enjoy helping others, can learn fast, and care about delivering results. Tech-comfortable and ready to use social, CRM tools, and digital communication daily.
What You'll Earn:

$16/hour base pay (Manitoba minimum wage) Bonus pay based on personal and team performance: Sell 10 or more cars in a month to start earning personal bonuses per unit Sell 9 or more cars and help the store reach 40 or more total sales to qualify for a share of the team bonus pool
Everyone receives hourly pay. Bonus earnings are performance-based.

Schedule:

Five-day work week (includes Saturdays) Sundays are always off for rest and family time
