Customer Experience Specialist - Temporary

This position is temporary, full-time, until our permanent employee returns.

What You'll Be Doing:

You'll be answering incoming calls in a courteous and professional manner. Greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate department of our store. Collaborating with all departments to expedite customer queries and needs. Supporting the sales team for leads, inquiries, questions, etc. received in-person and digitally. Cultivating a positive relationship with customers by ensuring they are informed about new products, recalls, service recommendations, etc. Completing website updates when required. Establishing contact with customers that haven't been active. Sorting and distributing mail and preparing outgoing packages. Assisting with accounts payable, filing, and processing files. Providing general office support. Other duties as required.

What You Bring:

Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative role. Post-secondary education in Business or Office Admin an asset. Strong knowledge of MS Office. Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion. Exceptional organizational, interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written). Strong people skills. Strong sense of initiative and a positive attitude. Ability to work well independently and with a team. Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with computer technology and software.
