About the Role
We're hiring a bilingual Sales & Customer Experience Specialist to be the voice our customers hear before we arrive. Your mission: turn bookings into confirmed jobs, reinforce the value of our service, and make customers feel 100% confident moving forward.
You'll be part relationship-builder, part problem-solver, part closer. You'll uncover friction points, eliminate doubts, and get customers genuinely excited about their upcoming junk removal. You'll also coordinate with dispatch to optimize job flow in real time, making this a mission-critical role for our entire team.
This isn't cold calling. It's sales through service--and you'll be rewarded for it.
What You'll Do
Convince customers who've booked with us to move forward by reinforcing the value, simplicity, and peace of mind we deliver
Uncover and address hesitation early to reduce cancellations and increase conversions
Build quick trust on the phone and guide customers toward a confident "yes"
Call customers before their appointments to confirm job details (items, access, timing, expectations)
Spot upsell opportunities, complex jobs, or unclear estimates, and escalate to dispatch
Maintain clear, accurate notes in Salesforce and internal tracking tools
Collaborate closely with dispatchers to fill the daily team funnel and optimize job flow
Occasionally follow up on open quotes, commercial leads, or past jobs
This Role Is for You If You...
Are fully bilingual in French and English (spoken + written)
Have a sales mindset--you're persuasive, empathetic, and great at overcoming hesitation
Know how to build rapport quickly and naturally on the phone
Have experience in sales, customer service, appointment setting, or phone-based support
Are a strong communicator who can stay upbeat, even in fast-paced or repetitive environments
Are tech-savvy and organized, with experience using CRMs and call logs
Are excited by ownership, autonomy, and impact--your work directly drives revenue
