Jet Stream Detailing is a premium boutique detailing and vehicle protection studio specializing in high-end care, long-term client relationships, and exceptional customer experiences.
We are hiring a full-time Customer Experience & Sales Coordinator -- someone who genuinely loves people, takes pride in communication, and has a real passion for cars.
Role Overview
You will own the customer journey from first contact to long-term relationship. While our technicians focus on the vehicles, you'll ensure every client feels confident, informed, and excited about their experience with Jet Stream.

a basic receptionist role and does
not
involve physical vehicle work.

$21-$25/hour to start, with room to grow based on performance
Key Responsibilities
Answering inbound calls, texts, emails, and messages professionally
Booking jobs and managing the schedule using Urable (CRM & booking system)
Greeting clients during vehicle drop-off & visits
Performing vehicle walk-arounds and reviewing booked services
Basic sales and service upgrades (Offering and education other services)
Building & Posting social media content (photos, short videos, stories)
Providing customer updates while vehicles are in progress
Handling vehicle pick-up and final walk-through with clients
Following up with customers to maintain long-term relationships
Keeping detailed customer notes and job information organized
Other sales & customer focused tasks

Automotive industry experience is a plus, but not required.
