Job Description
We're a small, growing kombucha company looking for a reliable, personable
Account Manager
to manage existing retail accounts, make local deliveries, and gradually help grow new business. This is a hands-on, field-based role -- most of the work happens out in stores, not behind a desk.If you like being on the road, talking to people, and working within a very small team where everyone pitches in, this role could be a great fit.
What You'll Be Doing
Primary focus:
Managing existing retail accounts Checking in with stores, building relationships Making local deliveries and confirming orders Gathering feedback and spotting restock opportunities
As you get comfortable:
Helping open new retail accounts Supporting sales growth with bonuses for new accounts
Compensation & Perks
Hourly wage starting at $18/hr New account bonuses (one-time) Mileage reimbursed at CRA rates for use of personal vehicle (if necessary) Paid time for occasional admin work at home (up to ~1 hour when needed)
What We're Looking For
Friendly, reliable, and comfortable talking with store staff and management Organized and able to work independently Comfortable driving locally and making deliveries Sales experience is a plus Must have a valid driver's license
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Red Deer, AB T4N 1L2
