As we grow, we're looking for a Customer Experience Coordinator whose greatest strength is communication--someone who keeps customers informed, technicians supported, and schedules running smoothly. What You'll Do

Serve as the primary point of contact for customers--confirm appointments, address concerns, and follow up with care Coordinate and dispatch daily service calls for plumbing and HVAC technicians Provide real-time updates to techs and clients, ensuring everyone stays informed Track service progress and adjust scheduling as priorities shift Maintain accurate records using service management software and internal tools Collaborate with warehouse and field teams to ensure job readiness Support techs throughout the day with communication, updates, and problem-solving Assist with documentation, reporting, and data entry

What We're Looking For

Exceptional communication skills--clear, friendly, professional, and proactive Strong multitasking and organizational ability Calm under pressure with a solutions-first mindset Experience in dispatch, customer service, or coordination (especially in the trades) Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office and scheduling tools Positive, dependable, and process-oriented team player

Nice to Have

Experience with field service software (e.g. ServiceTitan) Background in plumbing, HVAC, or electrical environments

Pay: $18.94-$23.00 per hour
