Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic individual, with a passion for skin care and medical aesthetics to join our team. As a Customer Experience Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the customer experience from booking to follow up, as well as day to day operations of the business. You will be a valued member of our team by providing customers with a superior experience to create lasting relationships. Must be available to work Wednesdays and Fridays 12-5pm and may include Thursdays 12-5pm.

Responsibilities

Offer exceptional telephone etiquette and customer service to our clients Schedule patients, maintain the electronic medical record (Jane), handle payments Monitor and respond to incoming emails Manage product inventory and records, communicate with vendors Support the providers in office regarding customer communications, preparation and clean up of procedures Plan and implement customer event opportunities, assist with creation of marketing material as required Light housekeeping of the facility Engage with customers and share knowledge of the various services and skin care products offered to promote sales Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer service

Skills

Minimum 2 years experience in customer service or administrative role Medical administration diploma an asset but not required Knowledge of Jane electronic medical record an asset Knowledge of aesthetic medicine services and/or willingness to learn Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Strong organizational skills Strong problem-solving abilities to effectively address customer concerns Social media proficiency

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 15 per week
