Essential Functions:
Book zoom meetings and educate/troubleshoot questions with clientele
Work cooperatively between customers, service providers and other departments
Communicate with customers and vendors in a clear, effective, and professional manner
Receive customer inquiries, issues, or challenges and follow-through to resolution
Basic filing and data entry
