As a Customer Enrollment Advisor you are given the chance to get your foot in the door with a rapidly growing company and help bring exciting new products and opportunities to communities around you. Whether working in the office or from home, we use tools like Zoom, Calendly, Facetime to discuss things with our customers. - Serve as the information center for all customers, community contacts, and other company representatives
- Must be aware of daily activities and administrative responsibilities
- Interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests about products and services
- Must professionally handle all phone calls and route callers
- Answers questions in a timely and courteous manner
- Produce reports, forms, correspondence, orders and other materials as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned.
