  • Conference over zoom, skype and phone calls with customers/clients
  • Handle inbound calls from customers, other lenders and insurance companies
  • Assist customers with inquiries, account status and problem resolution
  • Assist multiple departments with verifying and processing finance information
  • Assist various outside parties with inquires and document verification
  • Make outbound calls and negotiate arrangements with customers who have pending contracts or an account up for renewal
  • Assist customers with account inquiries
