What you'll be doing:

Scheduling Customer care & warranty specialists for reviews of homes. Scheduling service appointment for trade or supplier as per Customer Service Care & Warranty Specialists description of scope of work Document management - Scanning, photocopying, saving, and distributing electronic documents. Maintaining records of service requests and work completed during warranty period. Reporting on warranty and service forecast and job completion for monthly team meetings Managing and maintain Flowfinity (CRM and Field Scheduling Software) Customer Service: + Administer 30-day, 6-months and 13-months reviews.
+ Schedule all appointments with homeowners via phone or e-mail while upholding Logel Homes customer service guidelines.
Responsible for continuously expanding and updating professional knowledge and honing training skills in order to enhance individual and team innovation and productivity. Create all warranty related PO's and back charges. Coordinate & organize special events related to Warranty/Service department i.e. customer Meet & Greets Responsible for updates to Homeowner Guide and Customer Service Handbook

What you bring to the team:

Post-secondary education in related area of study. 1-3 years of experience in administrative role Previous experience in working in the customer service field. Previous experience/knowledge in the multi-family construction or real estate industry is an asset. Strong communication skills Strong organizational skills Strong customer service experience Effective conflict resolution and problem-solving skills Excellent attention to detail skills Ability to effectively negotiate with clients, contractors, and vendors. Ability to communicate technical information. Ability to work in a team or independently. Ability to work within timelines. Ability to problem solve through problems and issues. Ability to work effectively in a multi-disciplinary team environment and adjust to various personality types. Ability to build cross departmental relationships inside and outside the organization.
