entry-level opportunity

designed to support established brokers by keeping day-to-day servicing running smoothly. Allowing them to focus on advising and sales.

Your Role



This role focuses on

client servicing and broker support.

Your primary goal is to assist senior brokers with their existing portfolios and handle routine service tasks accurately and efficiently.

You'll be a professional and responsive point of contact for clients while ensuring internal processes are followed correctly.

Key Responsibilities



Supporting senior brokers with day-to-day servicing of existing client policies. Answering incoming calls and emails related to policy changes, questions, and service requests. Processing policy changes, endorsements, renewals, and documentation accurately. Greeting and triaging walk-in clients and directing them appropriately. Managing administrative tasks such as abeyances, document processing, and system updates. Using broker management systems and Microsoft Office tools to track and complete tasks. Following established procedures and escalating issues when needed.
There are

no sales targets or outbound requirements.

Success in this role requires the ability to manage a steady volume of tasks each day, work efficiently and accurately, and move files through in a timely manner while supporting brokers with servicing work.

Who You Are



We're looking for someone who is stable, reliable, and eager to learn. Have customer service experience (retail, hospitality, call centres, banking, or similar environments). Are comfortable following structured processes and procedures. Are organized, dependable, and take pride in completing tasks correctly. Communicate professionally with clients and colleagues. Are comfortable using Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel. Stay calm, focused, and consistent in a steady, task-driven role.

Licensing Requirement



Must be willing to obtain

Level 1 General Insurance licensing.

Ideally licensed before the start date (support and reimbursement provided).

Success in This Role



Consistently supporting brokers without needing frequent reminders. Completing servicing tasks accurately and on time. Following procedures and documentation standards closely. Being a reliable presence the team can count on day-to-day. Helping brokers stay focused on advising and sales by keeping servicing organized. Building confidence and competence through repetition and learning.

Pay: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
