Our North York, ON clinic is actively seeking a full-time Customer Care Representative.


Reporting Relationship:
You will be a key member of the in-clinic Retail Team, reporting directly to the Regional Clinic Manager.


At a high level, you will:

• Provide exceptional customer service, exceeding client expectations at every turn
• Work with insurance companies to ensure successful third-party billing operations
• Conduct cleanings, product maintenance, and minor in-clinic device repairs
