We are looking for a Customer Account Manager who is responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of Dorigo's key customer accounts. This role focuses on strengthening customer relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring a seamless customer experience across engineering, operations, and business development.

The Customer Account Manager will act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts and will partner closely with internal teams to deliver value, increase retention, and drive account growth.

Key Responsibilities

Account Ownership and GrowthServe as the primary relationship manager for a portfolio of key customer accounts. Develop account strategies to grow revenue through upsell, cross-sell, and new project opportunities. Proactively engage with customers to understand their business needs, challenges, and long-term objectives. Partner with customers to build trust and position Dorigo as their preferred EMS partner.

Customer ExperienceCoordinate with internal teams (operations, engineering, supply chain, quality) to ensure timely delivery and issue resolution. Monitor account health and customer satisfaction (NPS, feedback loops). Lead quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with strategic accounts.

Collaboration & Sales SupportWork closely with Business Development Managers (BDMs) to support the onboarding of new accounts and transition them into long-term partnerships. Collaborate with Sales Operations on forecasting, reporting, and pipeline tracking. Escalate customer issues appropriately while maintaining strong client relationships.

Performance MetricsRevenue growth in assigned accounts. Customer satisfaction and retention. Identification and capture of new project opportunities within accounts

Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field. 5+ years of experience in Account Management, preferably in Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS), Distribution, or Technology industries. Strong track record of managing and growing mid-to-large customer accounts. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Strong business acumen with the ability to understand technical solutions and translate them into business value. Highly organized, proactive, and customer focused. Experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred).

Job Type:

This is an in-person full-time position (40 hours per week) from Monday to Friday at our warehouse in Burnaby, BC

Salary:

$65,000 base salary plus performance-based commission
