Customer Account Manager - Canada

Responsibilities:

Support the management of business activities, including assortment, shelving, promotions, merchandising, and pricing Maintain regular communication with key customers (face-to-face, phone, virtual, or email) Assist in developing annual business plans aligned with client expectations Present new products and line extensions using client data and support materials Identify opportunities to increase sales or close gaps versus plan Help manage trade spending funds within budget while supporting profitability

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent job-related experience 1-2 years of experience in sales (preferably in Food or CPG) Demonstrated ability to contribute to business results Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities Willingness to learn and grow within a team-oriented environment
