to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building, assembling, finishing, and installing custom cabinetry and millwork. You'll work closely with our design and production teams to deliver exceptional results that exceed client expectations.
Responsibilities:
Fabricate custom cabinetry, vanities, and built-ins according to shop drawings and specifications
Operate woodworking machinery such as table saws, jointers, planers, routers, and sanders
Assemble and finish cabinetry with precision and attention to detail
Perform on-site installations, ensuring proper fit, alignment, and finish quality
Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and material lists
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Communicate effectively with team members, project managers, and clients
Troubleshoot and resolve installation or fabrication issues as needed
Qualifications:
Minimum 3-5 years
of experience in custom cabinet fabrication and installation
Strong knowledge of woodworking tools, machinery, and materials
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans
High attention to detail and craftsmanship
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical work safely
[Optional:] Experience with CNC machines or finishing techniques a plus

Pay: $22.00-$30.00 per hour
