We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Custodian to maintain the cleanliness and safety of our facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing cleaning to ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for staff and visitors. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to the overall upkeep of our organization's premises through reliable and efficient service.

Duties

Perform routine cleaning of floors, windows, restrooms, and common areas using appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment Conduct commercial cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, laundry and trash removal Maintain cleanliness of our facility's common areas by inspecting and addressing areas that require attention Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are stored properly and maintained in good working order according to pr Follow safety protocols during all cleaning and maintenance activities to prevent accidents or injuries Support special cleaning projects or deep-cleaning tasks as needed to uphold sanitation standards

Requirements

Proven experience in cleaning or custodial work, preferably with commercial cleaning or facilities Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, tools, following SOPs and safety procedures Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while adhering to scheduled routines Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties that may involve lifting, bending, reaching, and standing for extended periods Reliable work ethic with a focus on punctuality and consistency in completing assigned tasks
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 12 per week
