DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

At CCW Inc., we believe our people are our greatest strength. We're looking for a Culture & Marketing Specialist to advocate our story -- both inside and out. This role blends creative marketing with internal culture-building to ensure CCW continues to be a place people are proud to work, and proud to work with.

You'll lead internal communications, promote our brand across digital channels, support company events, and highlight the work and people that make CCW stand out. Marketing & Communications



Capture and create engaging visual content (photos, videos) of projects, people, and events. Manage and grow CCW's social media presence (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube). Design marketing materials using Canva -- brochures, presentations, and client collateral. Create quarterly client newsletters (MailChimp) and support new client introductions. Maintain and update the company website with fresh content and project highlights. Develop branded materials for trade shows, company apparel, and promotional swag.

Internal Culture & Engagement



Plan and coordinate all employee events to encourage staff engagement. Lead internal communications: flyers, updates, announcements, and milestone celebrations. Support company initiatives: town halls, onboarding videos, leadership training, and engagement surveys. Celebrate project completions and team wins! Recognize employee milestones, anniversaries, and contributions in meaningful ways.

Brand & Culture Advocacy



Act as a Culture Champion -- consistently reflecting CCW's values in your work and interactions. Build excitement around our mission, projects, and people -- internally and externally. Help align our internal culture with external marketing to create a consistent, values-driven brand experience.

Quality Assurance and Continuous Improvement



Work diligently to support and embrace quality control initiatives, aiming to achieve the highest standard and following best practices Support a culture of continuous improvement and learning

JOB QUALIFICATIONS



2-5 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a culture-focused role. Strong skills in content creation -- photo, video, and social media. Proficiency in Canva, PowerPoint, MailChimp, and social platforms. Excellent written and verbal communication. Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple projects and timelines. A passion for people, storytelling, and company culture.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
