Are you a person who is a self-starter, with a passion for working with a growing non-profit organization that supports Indigenous peoples experiencing homelessness? The Aboriginal Coalition to End Homelessness Society (ACEHS) is seeking a Culturally Aligned Integrated Support Manager to develop, implement and evaluate an Indigenous led and designed Culturally Aligned Integrated Support (CAIS) 3-year Pilot Program for First Nations, Inuit, and M\xc3\xa9tis peoples as part of the provincial Integrated Support Framework and the newly announced Supported Rent Supplement Program (SRSP)The overall objectives of CAIS are to develop a model that can be tailored and localized in other communities in BC with the intended outcomes to reduce and prevent homelessness while providing holistic wrap-around services. This will require strong leadership, an ability to vision and act, to build and to implement, all the while tracking and analysing data and trends to adapt programming accordingly. The successful candidate will also require experience in managing a team, and community networking.
