Prestige Pools & Spas is a growing company. Our success in the last six years has been designing, selling, and installing luxury Inground Pools. We are now opening up a new retail store and showroom to offer premium Hot Tubs, Swim Spas, chemicals, accessories, and service. The new store is located in Oak Bluff that is just seconds from McGillvray off the perimeter.We pride ourselves on high quality workmanship and offering our clients the best customer experience. We require a high-level CSR (Customer Service Rep) for our new store and showroom. You must have an outgoing attitude to want to help customers. Plus being able to listen, learn and retain information and communicate is extremely important.Youll be responsible for creating an exceptional brand experience for our customers and helping them with all their hot tub and pool after care. You will learn water pool and hot water testing and what chemicals to balance the clients water. You will also book service for the Service Manager. Plus, stocking shelves and light housekeeping is part of the responsibilities.Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of employment in the retail industry
• Pool and Hot Tub store experience is an asset.
• Must be proficient in MS Office, Google Sheets, POS Systems
• Must know how to update Social Media such as Instagram & Facebook
• Must be able to lift 50+ pounds.
• Must be able to drive a forklift or willing to learn.
• Must possess a valid Drivers License

CSR - Duties

• Greeting clients helping them with their needs
• Answering incoming calls and directing to appropriate staff
• Booking service calls on the computer for the Service Manager.
• Forklift offloading of chemicals and accessories.
• Receiving stock and re-stocking shelves
• Light housekeeping duties
• Operating a POS System, barcode reader, cash till
• Ensuring that store opening/closing procedures are properly followed.

40 Hours per week
Tuesday to Saturday
