Job Description

We are a brand new gas station located in beautiful Grand Bend requiring up to 5 full and part time staff to join our team. We are looking for someone who is outgoing, works well both independently and as a team with emphasis put onto exceptional customer service. Must be willing to pitch in with all aspects of the job from store cleaning to picking up garbage outside. Having gas station experience is a definite asset however having an eagerness to jump in and learn is all that is required

• Greet customers in an enthusiastic and welcoming manner. A warm and friendly personality is a must.

• Scanning merchandise and tabulating total payment required using an electronic cash register.

• Receive and process payments by cash, credit card, automatic debit, gift cards, and other forms of payment.

• ASK FOR ID FOR RESTRICTED PRODUCTS. (Tobacco Products, Lottery and Vaping Products)

• Scan and print lottery tickets.

• Provide PC Optimum promotional information to customers.

• Provide a PC Optimum card to customers that do not have one.

• Count cash and perform safe drops.

• Perform property maintenance duties such as sweeping, dusting, mopping, washing, forward facing merchandise and keeping the store clean and sanitized.

• Printing shift end reports and/or store close reports, lottery and phone cards.

• Some last minute shift availability may be required.

• Some stocking

• Other duties as assigned.

• Paying attention to detail inside and outside of the store

• Must be a team player and a quick thinker

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 24-40 per week Salary: Up to $40,000.00 per year Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Holidays
• Monday to Friday
• Night shift
• Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

• Bonus pay
