Customer Service Representatives are the heartbeat of our tunnels and the first contacts our guests see! We are looking for passionate and enthusiastic individuals who will promote the sport of body flight through careful instruction to ensure each customer receives an unforgettable iFLY experience. Regular duties include both front desk responsibilities: Customer service

• Greeting customers with a positive and friendly attitude, getting them excited about the experience, and assisting them with their reservation in a timely and effective manner
• Attracting potential customers by answering product and service questions, suggesting information about our other services, and clarifying the concept of our unique product
• Maintaining a professional demeanor and speaking with articulation during face-to-face or phone interactions with potential customers
• Ability to multi-task while attending to high volumes of phone calls and customers in tunnel. Answering phones, processing new reservations, and re-scheduling existing reservations
• Sales and up-selling. Recommending different product upgrades that best fit the customer\xe2\x80\x99s needs
• Resolving product/service problems by clarifying the customer\xe2\x80\x99s complaint, selecting the best solution to solve the problem, expediting the correction and following up to ensure resolution
• Maintaining customer\xe2\x80\x99s financial accounts and correctly processing payments
• Provide customers with engaging and interactive pre-flight training
• Assist with gearing up and de-gearing customers
• Ensure customers safety throughout their time in the wind-tunnel
• We guarantee $18.50 per hour for your first year. In addition to this, you have the opportunity to earn commissions to boost your hourly wage!

Requirements:

• Must be able to stand for long stretches of time
• Must have weekend and evening availability
• Customer service experience preferred but not required
• We train candidates from scratch; skydiving and tunnel-flying experience is not a requirement!
