Job Description
Are you an expert in delivering exceptional customer service? We are seeking a Customer Service Call Center Representative to join our team. This role will require you to work both in-office and remotely from anywhere in Canada.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting customers with inquiries, complaints, and product information
- Recognizing and escalating priority issues to the relevant department
- Documenting all customer interactions in a clear and concise manner
- Offering product recommendations based on the customer's interests and preferences
- Responding to customer queries via phone, email, or chat
- Demonstrated experience in Customer Service/Customer Support
- Strong communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle a high volume of calls in a fast-paced environment
- Virtual call center experience is an added advantage
- Familiarity with CRM systems is an added advantage
- Demonstrated experience in Customer Service/Customer Support
