Are you an expert in delivering exceptional customer service? We are seeking a Customer Service Call Center Representative to join our team. This role will require you to work both in-office and remotely from anywhere in Canada. Responsibilities:

  • Assisting customers with inquiries, complaints, and product information
  • Recognizing and escalating priority issues to the relevant department
  • Documenting all customer interactions in a clear and concise manner
  • Offering product recommendations based on the customer's interests and preferences
  • Responding to customer queries via phone, email, or chat
Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated experience in Customer Service/Customer Support
  • Strong communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to handle a high volume of calls in a fast-paced environment
  • Virtual call center experience is an added advantage
  • Familiarity with CRM systems is an added advantage
