Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated CrossFit Coach to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading group classes, providing expert coaching, and fostering a supportive community environment. As a CrossFit Coach, you will inspire and motivate members to achieve their fitness goals while ensuring safety and proper technique in all workouts.

Duties

Lead engaging and effective CrossFit classes for various skill levels, ensuring all participants receive appropriate guidance. Develop and implement training programs that cater to the diverse needs of members. Monitor and assess individual progress, providing constructive feedback and encouragement. Maintain a clean and organized workout space, ensuring all equipment is safe and in good condition. Foster a positive community atmosphere by building relationships with members and encouraging teamwork. Conduct assessments for new members to identify their fitness levels

Experience

Certification as a Crossfit Level 1 Trainer or higher is required. Previous experience coaching or training in a Crossfit or similar fitness environment is preferred. Strong knowledge of functional movements, strength training, and conditioning techniques. Knowledge of HYROX and the ability to teach these classes, if needed. Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire individuals of all fitness levels. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $28.00-$40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 4 - 12 per week

Coaching: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:

CrossFit Level 1 certification (preferred) First Aid Certification (preferred)
